CA Supply Chain Act

Good American’s statement on transparency, ethical practices, and efforts to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its supply chain.

Verification Process

Good American requires vendors to follow its Code of Conduct and Master Agreement and to extend those requirements to their factories. Compliance is monitored through the company’s corporate social responsibility program and independent assessments.

Supplier Assessments

Initial and annual third-party assessments cover labor rights, employee health and safety, environment, ethics, and management systems. Forced labor, trafficking, and other involuntary labor are prohibited.

Internal Accountability

The compliance program includes anti-trafficking policies, corrective-action procedures, escalation for unresolved violations, reporting channels, and protection against retaliation for good-faith reports.

Training and Capacity Building

Relevant sourcing, planning, procurement, and compliance teams receive education on recognizing and preventing forced labor, responsible purchasing, assessment, and remediation practices.
