Returns and Exchanges
Review eligibility, prepare your items, and start a return or exchange.
Eligible items purchased online may be requested for return or exchange within 14 days of shipment. Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags and protective strips attached. Final Sale items and items discounted 50% or more are not eligible.
Eligible U.S. returns may be dropped at a participating Return Bar or mailed with a prepaid label. Current restocking fees and available methods are presented when the return is started; exchanges and store-credit returns may be free.
After a return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund is issued to the method selected during the return process. Bank processing can take 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Eligible international orders may be returned for a refund within 14 days of shipment. International exchanges are not offered; return the item and place a new order instead. Current fees, duties, and tax treatment are shown in the international return portal.
